About
Dr Helena Nti is a Nutrition Research Scientist and Lecturer at the University of Health and Allied Sciences, Ghana. She holds a PhD in Nutrition from the University of Ghana and works across maternal and child health, sustainable food systems, non-communicable diseases and psychoneuroendocrinology, with particular interest in nutrition, child development and public health.
Her work combines research, university teaching, mentorship, product development, entrepreneurship and public engagement. She is a founding member of the Ghana Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and serves on the Scientific and Education Committees of the International Society of Psychoneuroendocrinology.

Its effects can compromise growth, health, learning, productivity and long-term well-being. Nourishing Hope, Building Health combines direct support with education, community engagement and partnerships.
